BIZOMAT helps people do engineering and business work faster. It does not take responsibility for that work away from the people who rely on it. Please read this disclaimer with the terms.
AI-generated output
AI search, the AI assistants you connect to CAD Automation, and the learning paths written by AI can be wrong, incomplete, out of date or confidently mistaken. BIZOMAT designs these features so the AI chooses only among real pages and real tools, and so its CAD requests are checked before SOLIDWORKS acts on them, but no check catches every error. Treat AI output as a draft to review, not as a decision.
CAD automation and design validation
CAD Automation makes real changes to real SOLIDWORKS files on your computer. You are responsible for every model, assembly and drawing it produces or changes: check dimensions, tolerances, features, mates, materials, mass properties, drawing views, notes and title blocks against your requirements and the applicable standards before you use, release or manufacture from them. Keep backups and use your normal version control and release process. Automated checks, such as the kernel prediction of volume and size, reduce errors; they do not prove a design is fit for purpose.
Engineering verification remains yours
Nothing produced with BIZOMAT, whether by a calculator, an AI assistant, CAD Automation or a Library chapter, replaces verification by a competent engineer. Not all work includes professional engineering certification, statutory approval, design sign-off or compliance certification, and BIZOMAT does not provide them unless that is expressly agreed in writing for a particular assignment and BIZOMAT is appropriately qualified and authorised to provide it. Work that legally requires a registered professional engineer, a licensed trade, a building certifier or another accredited professional must be carried out or reviewed by that professional.
Calculations and Resources
Tools, calculators, books, guides and examples are general information. Results depend on the inputs, units, assumptions and methods used, which may not suit your situation, and some methods simplify the physics. Check inputs, units and results, and confirm critical values against the relevant standards, codes and manufacturer data before relying on them.
Business decisions
Business, financial, legal and management content is general information, not financial, legal, tax or investment advice, and it does not consider your circumstances. Decisions you make with it, or with Project Management data or automations, are yours. Seek professional advice where it matters.
Third-party software
CAD Automation depends on SOLIDWORKS, Microsoft Windows and the AI assistant you choose; Project Management can depend on Slack, Microsoft Teams or other services you connect. Updates or changes to that software, your licences or your computer can change how BIZOMAT behaves or stop it working until BIZOMAT is updated. BIZOMAT is not responsible for third-party software, its availability or its output.
Safety and implementation
You remain responsible for how designs, recommendations and outputs are implemented in your workplace, including work health and safety obligations, risk assessments, guarding, training and compliance with applicable laws and standards.
Your rights
Nothing in this disclaimer excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty or other term or condition, implied or imposed by legislation that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including under the Australian Consumer Law.
Trade marks
BIZOMAT was formerly called KEVOS. KEVOS® is a registered Australian word trade mark, number 2469816, in class 42 for the engineering, design and related services specified in the register. It is registered from 29 July 2024 and was entered on the register on 7 March 2025. View the IP Australia registration record.
Trade mark registration protects a brand for the services recorded in the register. It is not an engineering licence, professional accreditation or government endorsement of content, tools or services. SOLIDWORKS is a registered trade mark of Dassault Systèmes SolidWorks Corporation. Microsoft, Windows and Teams are trade marks of the Microsoft group of companies. Third-party names are used only to describe compatibility; BIZOMAT is not affiliated with, endorsed by or a partner of these companies.
