These terms apply to your use of the BIZOMAT website (including Resources and AI search) and the BIZOMAT applications, Project Management and CAD Automation. By using any of them you agree to these terms. If you use an application for an organisation, you agree on its behalf and confirm you may do so. If you do not agree, please do not use BIZOMAT.
The services
- The website and Resources (tools, calculators, books, guides, learning paths and AI search) are free to use without an account.
- Project Management and CAD Automation need an account. Access, any fees and any service levels are as agreed with you in writing; where nothing has been agreed, the application is provided as described on this website, without a guaranteed level of service.
- Engineering services described on this website are provided under a scope, deliverables, assumptions and commercial terms agreed in writing before work begins.
Your account and its security
Give accurate details, keep your password and any API tokens or connector addresses private, and tell us promptly if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including actions taken by AI assistants and computers you connect to it. Workspace and application administrators are responsible for the people they invite and the access they give them.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- break the law, infringe anyone's rights, or upload content you are not entitled to share;
- try to reach another person's account, workspace, files or computers, or get around sign-in, permissions or rate limits;
- probe, scan or attack BIZOMAT systems, or interfere with their operation (security research needs our written permission first);
- upload malware, or use BIZOMAT to send spam or harmful content;
- copy the website or its Resources in bulk, or resell access to the applications, without our written permission;
- use CAD Automation with software, licences or computers you are not authorised to use. You are responsible for complying with your SOLIDWORKS licence and your AI assistant's terms.
Your content
You keep ownership of the content you put into BIZOMAT, such as projects, tasks, documents, files and CAD data. You give BIZOMAT permission to host, process, copy and transmit it only as needed to provide the services to you and the people you share it with. You are responsible for your content and for having the rights to use it.
AI, automation and calculations
AI search, AI assistants connected to CAD Automation, automations and calculators produce output that can be wrong or incomplete. You must check it before relying on it. The disclaimer sets out these limits and forms part of these terms.
Third-party services
BIZOMAT works with services run by others, including AI assistants, SOLIDWORKS, Microsoft Windows, Google sign-in, Slack, Microsoft Teams, hosting providers and the form, booking and download services named in the privacy policy. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. BIZOMAT is not responsible for their availability, changes or content. Links to other websites are provided for convenience only.
Availability and changes
We work to keep BIZOMAT available and secure, but it may be unavailable at times, for example for maintenance, upgrades or events outside our control. We may change, add or remove features. If a change materially reduces a paid service you rely on, we will tell you in advance where we reasonably can.
Intellectual property
The BIZOMAT software, website, Resources and branding belong to BIZOMAT or its licensors. You may use them as these terms allow, share links, and quote short extracts with attribution. Please ask before reproducing substantial parts. Some components are open-source software provided under their own licences. These terms do not give you any right to use BIZOMAT's names or logos as your own branding.
BIZOMAT was formerly called KEVOS. KEVOS® is a registered Australian word trade mark, number 2469816, in class 42 for the engineering, design and related services specified in the register. It is registered from 29 July 2024 and was entered on the register on 7 March 2025. View the IP Australia registration record.
SOLIDWORKS is a registered trade mark of Dassault Systèmes SolidWorks Corporation. Microsoft, Windows and Teams are trade marks of the Microsoft group of companies. Third-party names are used only to describe compatibility; BIZOMAT is not affiliated with or endorsed by these companies.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using BIZOMAT at any time and ask for your account to be closed. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, puts other users or our systems at risk, or must be closed by law; where it is reasonable, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. Before an account is closed, workspace administrators can export their workspace from Project Management.
Engineering Problem Assessment
The BIZOMAT Engineering Problem Assessment is a fixed-price service (A$195) for one defined problem. These conditions apply to it, in addition to the rest of these terms. GST applies where applicable. The exact amount payable is confirmed in writing before you pay.
- One defined problem. The A$195 assessment covers one defined problem only. Related or additional problems need a separate assessment or a quote.
- A preliminary desktop assessment. It is a remote, preliminary engineering assessment based on the information you supply and the discussion. Findings depend on that information and are not a guarantee of a solution.
- Payment after approval. Nothing is paid through this website. BIZOMAT requests payment only after confirming in writing that the problem is suitable and the scope is agreed. The fee is payable in full before the meeting is booked.
- Rescheduling. You can reschedule the meeting at no cost by giving at least one business day’s notice.
- Cancellation and refunds. Cancel before the meeting for a full refund. If BIZOMAT decides after payment that the problem cannot be assessed within this scope, it will tell you and refund the fee in full.
- Further work. Any further engineering services require separate scoping and a written quote. There is no obligation to proceed.
- Your rights. Nothing in these conditions excludes, restricts or modifies rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
The assessment does not include: physical inspection, site visits, detailed cad modelling, manufacturing drawings, prototypes, testing, formal certification, regulated design sign-off, guaranteed root-cause identification, guaranteed savings, detailed implementation work. A booking exists only once the calendar confirmation has been received.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded. Where the law allows us to limit our liability for a failure to meet a consumer guarantee, our liability is limited, at our option, to supplying the services again or paying the cost of having them supplied again. To the extent permitted by law, BIZOMAT is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profit, revenue or business, arising from your use of BIZOMAT, from content, output or calculations you relied on without checking them, or from third-party services.
Support
For help, questions or to report a problem, use the contact page. Unless agreed in writing, support is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis without guaranteed response times.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you and BIZOMAT submit to the courts there. We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. If a change materially affects an application you use, we will tell you before it applies where we reasonably can.
